We are proud to announce that Pellicano achieved a top 3 finalist ranking in the High Density Development Category at QLD UDIA awards for it’s development, Eastwood Apartments. The awards were on assessed on various key criteria including Built Form and Architecture, Planning, Standard of Finish and Engineering.
Eastwood Apartments is a residential apartment complex over 8 levels, with ground floor retail space and 2 levels of basement parking. This project was quick to sell out and paved the way for Pellicano’s foothold into popular Woolloongabba, one of Brisbane’s key growth areas.
